I was born and raised in Louisiana and began cooking at a young age. I cooked for family gatherings, picnics, festivals, and parties. I moved to Longview, Texas and opened a small restaurant in 1992 because there was no true Cajun Food in the area. We have since been voted the Best Cajun Food in East Texas for 23 years in a row. We have also been number one on Trip Advisor among two hundred restaurants for the last two years. We have been in Texas Monthly Magazine four times, and I have cooked on the Nationally syndicated Flip My Food on ABC.

We have decided to share our food with the rest of the United States. Please enjoy.
